We've tried to make the website as easy to use as possible, but occasionally things dont work quite as you might have anticipated, so here's some help:
Accounts and passwords
- How to register for an account - a step by step guide to registering and activating your account.

- How to reset your password - what to do if you've forgotten your password or never got the activation email when your registered.
Blogging
Anyone can registered on this site to comment on news, blogs etc and discuss things on the forum, but if you're involved in an activity with us we'd be grateful if you would blog with us. To do so you'll need to get touch so we can give you the ability to blog, upload images etc.

- How to compose your post in Word (or another text editor) and paste it into your blog post.
- How to add an image to your blog post.
