Gene and Barb Pritchett, two Road Scholar participants came to Ireland on the Best of Ireland program. Pictured here on the Dingle peninsula. They are standing in the Gallarus oratory, a church built by early Christians of dry rubble masonry. (It is about 1300 years old and still waterproof). The only light inside the Oratory comes from the front door opening or this window. It casts a magical light.
