Annette's Journal: Arrival home

Hey everyone! I came back on Saturday into Dublin airport. It's very strange to be back home, but also good! It's a bit weird not speaking german now. I have improved my german so much, and I have much more confidence now. I have made friends for life in Germany. I will defiently visit Germany again, and my friends are coming over to Ireland next year also. On the flight home I reflected about everything I did in the past 2 months. It has been a trip that I will never forget. I loved the routine I had everyday, and the german way of life. I enjoyed very much doing these blogs as I feel it's important to show the progress from the beginning to the end of the trip. I hope you have enjoyed reading my blogs and seeing my progress. I am putting up some photos of my unforgettable trip to Germany after this. I would like to thank EIL Ireland in Cork and my German teacher Ms. Collins so much. Without them I would not have been able to go to Germany. And I would also like to thank my host family who have been so helpful to me in the past two months, and also to all my new friends in Germany for making it a trip I will never forget. Lots of love and hugs to ye all! Enjoy looking at the photos when I have them up! Alles gut! Annette Burke
