EIL Intercultural Learning

So I’m back! Only a few days ago I was in a completely different climate, and now I am back in front of my computer at home with overcast skies outside…Home Sweet Home!

Well, it is not so bad as it sounds. I have been keeping myself busy looking through the huge store of photos I have from Vermont, and it is great to have the email addresses of all my new friends so that we will be able to remain in contact despite the air miles between us.

This was an immensely rewarding experience, not merely because of all the friendships formed, but because of all the debates, discussions and activities enacted, and the enthusiasm displayed by all the staff throughout the course. I am left not merely with many fond memories, but also feeling motivated to deepen my knowledge in and approach all the issues dealt with during this fortnight’s events.
