One World Week

 

11.45                Meet at Camden Palace Hotel in Camden Quay, Cork for tea/coffee and refreshments.

12.20                Welcome.

12.30                One World Week Workshop, “Access to medicine – a denied right”, facilitated by the Development Education Committee.

14.00                Exhibition & Activities with the other groups (Mayfield, Ogra Chorchai, YMCA).

14.50                 Afternoon workshops.

15.30                 Re-group for display of workshops outcomes

16.00                  Depart from Camden Palace

16.15                Street action in Cork city centre.

17.15                Departs  for Cork International Hostel, 1/2 Redclyffe, Western Road, Cork.

19.30                 Dinner in the Hostel

20.15                  Depart the Hostel for evening enteirtainment.

20.45                       Evening entertainment: The River Lee, Western Road, Cork.

 

Sunday November 13th

08.30-9.00      Breakfast

09.30               EIL AGM (optional) at the River Lee Hotel, Western Road, Cork.

10.50               Workshop: Youth workers from Zambia who are touring Ireland as part of One World Week will facilitate a workshop.

11.40               Chat show: Graham Norton, Eat your heart out!

12.30                Evaluation of weekend

13.00               Lunch

14.30               Departure
