EIL Intercultural Learning

The Travel Awards Winner 2009 will meet together with EIL Staff and members for an orientation day prior their departure.

The orientation day aims to prepare the participants for their intercultural experience. It is an opportunity for sharing ideas and learning from other's experience. During the day, the participants will be encouraged to discuss on cultural shock and coping skills, cultural do's and don'ts, safety issues and more practical tips in an interactive way. This will be also an opportunity for the winners to explore global connections, highlighting how different countries are linked and depend on one another.
