Newsletters
EIL Development Education Newsletters are now on-line.
The Newsletters aim to raise awareness and to develop a greater understanding about global development issues, such as Poverty, HIV&AIDS and Gender Inequality, making links between the situation in Ireland and in the South. This is also possible thanks to the contributions of Members, Volunteers and Friends of EIL who have experience in the majority world.
The Newsletters are produced three times a year.
The latest newsletters from EIL Development Education:
- Spring 2010: Human Trafficking
- Winter 2009: HIV: reality - how HIV effects people in Africa, dispelling myths and misinformation.
- Autumn 2009: Special Edition on Poverty
- Spring 2009: Women and gender issues
- Spring 2008: Special Edition on HIV & AIDS
