Montpellier with its narrow pedestrian streets and outdoor cafes make this one of the most attractive places to study French. Montpellier - The City

Montpellier in the south of France is a lively friendly city with the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean on its doorstep. It has a population of 240,000, 25% of which are students. It is the ideal place to combine studying with sightseeing. LSF offers you the opportunity to learn French all year round in a relaxed environment on the beautiful south coast of France.

Location

The Montpellier centre is right in the heart of the city. The school is located in a beautiful 17th century building. The modern Clemenceau residence and LSF teaching centre are only 5 minutes walk from each other, and only a 10 minute walk from the Place de la Comedie and the main railway station.

Accommodation

Living with a host family is the best way to learn French and to experience French culture. The host families live in flats / villas in Montpellier or in the immediate surrounding areas. Accommodation is in single rooms on a half-board, bed & breakfast or self-catering basis.

• Deposit of €350 (full payment must accompany applications less than 4 weeks before departure)
• A friendly letter to your host family in French
• 2 Passport photos & a family photo

All that is required is a minimum of 8 to run a course. If sufficient numbers cannot be organised we will offer an alternative date, the option of participating in a standard course or a full refund. Please contact us for details.
