Tubingen - The Town

Tubingen is a very lively town, about 1 hour drive from Stuttgart. It is a vibrant University town. Tubingen has 80,000 inhabitants, of which 25,000 are students at one of the most important and oldest universities of Germany. Tubingen, a 900 year old city, has a lovely historical section.

The School

The Sprachinstitut Tubingen (SIT) is a long established German language school with more than 30 years experience in both language and intercultural training.

The language training is oriented to developing oral communication skills of the students and all four skills (speaking, writing, listening and reading) are taught.

In the afternoons and evenings leisure activities and workshops are organised: conversation, newspaper reading, theatre, music, phonetics, literature, German politics etc.
