Spain's Costa del Sol offers beautiful weather, a relaxed atmosphere and rich Andalusian culture all year round. Offered over Easter and just after school lets out, EIL Study Abroad is pleased to once again offer a 2-week course in Malaga specifically designed for students preparing for the Irish Leaving Certificate. A combination of Spanish lessons that follow the Leaving Certificate syllabus, staying with a Spanish host family and participating in a range of group activities makes this course a multi-dimensional means of learning Spanish, while specifically meeting the needs of Irish Leaving Certificate students.

Our language school in Antibes is beautifully located on the sunny French Riviera, in between Cannes and Nice. This trendy sea-side resort town is small, friendly and safe, perfect for learning French. With 300 days of sun per year, Antibes is a great location to learn French and enjoy the culture of this stunning French region. This new EIL programme is ideal for Transition Year students who want to study during the school term, but might not want to go to Secondary School there, and also for students who want Leaving Certificate revision before the exam.

Study German in the small, quaint town of Lindau. This island town is surrounded by Lake Constance and has a population of only 25,000 people. Easy to navigate with plenty of outdoor sites and activities, Lindau is a safe and ideal place to study German. The school itself is small with a personable feel and each studentreceives personal attention. Open year round for students aged 17 and up, it also offers youth courses for teens during the summer.

Study Japanese in this rural town on the shores of Lake Suwa. The Nagano Prefecture has been welcoming Irish students from EIL for the past 15 years to study the Japanese language and experience its rich cultural heritage. Each programme is entirely flexible in terms of dates and duration and includes a unique schedule of activities and excursions. Living with a Japanese family, students are immediately immersed in Japanese family and home life, and quickly become part of the family. This is a truly unique travel and educational experience, only available through EIL.

Nestled in the hilltops of Southern France and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea sits the private grounds of this International French Summer Camp for Teenagers. Meet new friends from all over the world, take classes in French in the mornings, and in the afternoons and evenings enjoy games, activities, parties and more! Available from mid-June through August, study abroad in the sand and sun while learning French and making friends.

Learn Spanish and have a summer holiday all in the beautiful Costa del Col. From June 28th - August 29th, this residential summer camp is perfect for teens who want to meet new friends, enjoy the summer sun and learn a new language. On its own private camp grounds, this camp offers 24 hour supervision, dynamic and interesting Spanish lessons and a full programme of activities, excursions, sports and leisure too keep students active and happy.

Study in the heart of Tokyo at an international school which has been teaching adult students Japanese for almost 50 years. With small class sizes and practical lessons, the school boasts their own tried and tested teaching methods. With the addition of the homestay with a Japanese family, this 4 week course will give you a major boost to your Japanese learning and practise.

EIL Study Abroad is pleased to add Italian to our range of language course offerings on our new website. We offer courses at an Italian language school near the beautiful Amalfi Coast in Salerno. Stay with a local host family and practice with native speakers to make the most out of your Italian course. Available for 2 weeks and up, there are also additional Italian Culture and Art Courses in a range of subjects to add to your Italian lessons should you wish to further your study a bit more.

Learn French in Normandy's capital city, Rouen. This adult French language school is located in a picturesque university town with many original medieval features. The school caters to the needs of adult students 18 and over. Away from the tourist traps of the south of France, language courses are available throughout the year, starting weekly for learners from beginners to advanced levels. It also offers two special courses for food lovers in its cookery school: French Cuisine and Gourmet French.
