A deeper understanding of Irish Community

Chiho and host family: A photograph of Chiho who's from South Korea and the family from Waterford who are hosting him while he studies in Ireland"I gained a deeper understanding of Irish community My host mom and I would sit around the dinner table after we ate and talk about her children's education, taxes, their financial situation, love and marriage, grocery shopping and many more random subjects as they came up. Also, I picked up on a lot more Irish sayings from my family, which is awesomely helpful for meeting more Irish people and actually understanding what they mean... My host mom is one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. She was giving us life advice on everything from enjoying our 20s to employment. She also knew all of the other host mothers and the community feeling they had among them was fabulous to go into as a host student."
