Semi-Intensice Course:

This course comprised of 15 classes per week. Lessons last 60 minutes each and are held in the mornings, leaving students the afternoons free to enjoy Rouen. Courses start every Monday throughout the year, during which there is an orientation session for new students, introducing the city of Rouen.

Intensive Course:

The intensive course is comprised of 25 lessons per week. The groups are small to facilitate maximum language learning, with maximum of eight students in each class. Classes are based on communicative French and structural progression in the mornings, while in the afternoons there are series of workshops held.

French Plus Options:

This school often offers specialised courses which combine French languages lessons and unique French cultural experiences. Examples of such courses would be the French and Cuisine programme, in which students take 15 French lessons per week, combined with afternoon cookery lessons and specialty lunches. Accomodation

Depending on your individual needs, the school offers variety of accommodation options, from living with a local host family in their home to a hotel or hostel. Living with a local family enables you to learn more about the French culture, and gives you the opportunity to use the language in its most natural form. We believe that the benefits of immersion in a host family are important for learning in-depth about a country, its culture and its people. Host families are chosen with the greatest care and are visited regularly. They are selected for the warm welcome they give students to help them feel at home. This type of accommodation is half board on weekdays, full board at the weekend. Prices quoted are for homestay accommodation.

Arrival and Departure

Airport transfers can be arranged on arrival and departure from Paris airports. Rouen is approximately 110 Km from Paris. Private taxi transfer from Paris Beauvais Airport to the host family cost approximately €220 each way. A TGV train to Rouen is the most cost effective means of getting there.

Some activities are free, while others are offered at an additional fee on a first-come, first-served basis. Joining activities is a great way for students to speak French and will supplement their daily French lessons.
