By submitting your application for a 2023 EIL EXPLORE Award, you confirm your commitment to take part to a series of events with us during the year:
1. Selection Day
All shortlisted candidates must attend a selection day Saturday, February 11th 2023
2. Induction Day
Successful Candidates will be invited to the Induction Day
Induction Day Cork:Thursday, 9th March
Induction Day Dublin:Saturday, 11th March
3. Pre-departure and Welcome Back Workshops
Successful candidates must attend the Pre-Departure weekend on May 25th-26th and the Welcome Back weekend on the 14th-15th of September 2023.
Both these events are in Dublin.
4. Programme Abroad
Successful candidates will be required to fully participate in their programme abroad during the period specified by EIL.
5. Action at Home
Successful candidates must carry out an Action at Home on their return to share their experience and learning with their community (more information: Action at Home )
